Gujarat Corona Update 4-1-2021

 With 898 new cases, 898 patients have recovered. The death toll so far is alarming

As of January 4, 2021, 698 new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in Gujarat. Along with this is the news of relief that the recovery rate is gradually declining. However, the number of corona tests in the state has also declined. With the number of active cases declining in the state, less than 200 cases of corona have been reported in the metros as well.

In 24 hours, 898 patients were cured with 698 new cases

A total of 2,34,558 patients have recovered so far

The total death toll was 4321

According to the press note, 698 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours. So far 247,926 patients have been registered in Gujarat. The recovery rate from corona in the state is 94.61 percent. So 47,995 tests have been done in Gujarat today. So far a total of 98,58,695 tests have been done. However, the number of corona tests has been reduced than before.

Less than 10 thousand active cases in the state

According to data released by the state health department, 898 patients have recovered in the state today and a total of 2,34,558 patients have recovered so far. So there are currently 9047 active cases. Of which 60 patients are on a ventilator.

3 patients die in Gujarat today

The death toll from corona in the state has risen to 4,321 with 3 patients dying from Covid-19 today. Today 2 in Ahmedabad and 1 in Surat thus a total of 3 people have died from corona in 24 hours. In the last few months, most patients are dying in Ahmedabad.

Cases drop in metros! 142 positives in Ahmedabad city

In the state today, 142 cases have been reported in Ahmedabad city, 2 cases in rural areas, 222 cases in 102 rural areas in Surat city, 28 cases in 102 rural areas in Vadodara city, 15 cases in 49 urban villages in Rajkot city, and 23 cases in Kutch.
