Another major action by NIA in Delhi in Mundra drugs case, arrests 3 including Afghani



The NIA has arrested three people, including Afghan national Rah Matullah from South Delhi, in the drug case worth Rs 21,000 crore in Mundra's Chakchari.

The action of NIA in the case of Mundra's 21 thousand crore drugs scandal, which caused havoc across the country, has remained unchanged. NIA has arrested 3 more accused in this case. NIA has arrested Rah Matullah, an Afghan national from South Delhi. In the interrogation of the accused Rah Matullah , it was revealed that he had come to India 8-10 months ago. In addition, people from Haryana and Delhi have also been arrested. Importantly, it has been revealed that the arrested Ishwar Singh of Haryana is a drugs distributor.

In October 2021, drugs worth 21 thousand crores were seized near Mundra. During the investigation, it was revealed that three thousand kilos of white powder had reached Mundra port in Kutch through Afghanistan. All the agencies of the country were alerted when a large amount of coffee substance was found in two suspicious containers out of four containers. The NIA then conducted an in-depth investigation into the transnational connections of drugs. At that time, about 8 people, including a couple from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, were arrested in a drug case worth 21 thousand crores.

This quantity of drugs was seized from Adani Port in Mundra. During which security agencies have made a name in the world of drugs in a short time, Shahid Sumra of Kutch was arrested by NIA (National Security Agency) on the basis of transfer warrant. On the other hand, at that time in this case, the importer couple from Chennai, M. Sudhakar and Durga Vaishali were arrested and sent to Bhuj jail. Apart from this, two Afghans and one other person from Delhi were detained for their involvement in this case.
