GUJCET 2023 exam date– There is a big news for Gujcet students. The thing is, GUJCET exam dates have been announced. The GUJCET exam will be held on April 3. Importantly, this exam will be conducted at district level centers. This exam will be held from 10 am to 4 pm.


GUJCET exam is organized by the state government after class 12 SCIENCE to get admission in various departments like Degree Engineering, Degree Diploma and Pharmacy courses. The date has been fixed by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education for the year 2023. According to which this exam has been organized on 03 April.

GUJCET will be conducted in three mediums namely Gujarati English and Hindi. The official exam paper for Gujcat has been declared on January 23 by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.


Syllabus 2023 of GUJCET


There will be question papers for Gujarat Common Entrance Test with multiple choice types of objective type questions on the following subjects and the questions, marks and time will be indicated against it.


Government of Gujarat Education Department Resolution No. – Mashab/1217/1036/7 dated 25/10/2017 from the academic year June-2019 in the registered schools of the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education in Class-12th Science streams in Physics, Chemistry, Biology NCERT textbooks have been implemented in science and mathematics subjects. The current syllabus prescribed by the board for the NCERT based class-12 science stream will be for the GUJCET-2023 examination.


The question paper of Physics and Chemistry will be combined. That is, 40 questions from physics and 40 questions from chemistry, total 80 questions, 80 marks and 120 minutes time will be given. OMR Answer Sheet will also be for 80 answers.

Biology and Mathematics question paper will be different. OMR Answer Sheet for which will also be given separately.


That means 40 marks of 40 questions and 60 minutes time will be given in Biology and Mathematics each. OMR Answer Sheet will also have 40 answers for each subject.

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana 2023


This scheme provides insurance cover in case of an accident. To avail the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, the applicant has to pay a premium of ₹12 per annum. This premium can be said to be very low for a common person, a premium of Rs 12 per annum means Rs 1 per month. The nominee receives the assured sum in the event of the insured’s death. Apart from this, sum assured is also provided in case of permanent disability. 


In the event of an accident, this plan guarantees a sum between 100,000 and 200,000 yen. The benefits of the Suraksha Insurance Scheme are only available to individuals aged 18 to 70. Each year, prior to June 1st, the premium amount is deducted from the bank account. The bank account’s auto debit feature must be enabled in order to take advantage of this plan.

Benefit of Scheme in Pradhan Mantri suraksha bima yojana


The benefits of this scheme will be given to all sections of the country, but especially to the backward and poor sections of the country.


    Then the government will provide an accident insurance of up to 2 lakh rupees to his family.

    In case of permanent partial disability, Rs. 1 lakh cover is available.

    If he is temporarily disabled in an accident, he is provided with an insurance cover of up to one lakh rupees.

    Under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, the policyholder has to pay a premium of Rs 12 per annum. Only then will he be entitled to the insurance cover.

Terms of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana


    The duration of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana is fixed at 1 year.

    In case of death or disability due to accident, insurance cover will be provided under Accident Insurance Scheme.

    Initially, the scheme will be made available through public sector general insurance companies.

    The age of the beneficiary should be between 18 years to 70 years to avail the benefit of this scheme.

    If a person has more than 1 saving account, that person can avail this scheme from only one saving account.

    The insurance cover period is fixed from June 1 to May 31.

    The applicant can avail the benefits of the scheme only after paying the annual premium.

    If for some reason the beneficiary of this scheme has left the scheme, he can avail the benefit of this scheme by paying the premium in future.

    Applicant must be a resident of India.

“Shri Nanaji Deshmukh Awas Yojana” has been released for construction workers from the Resolution No. Budget/132014/462931/M-3 dated 04/09/2014 of Government Labor and Employment Department, Secretariat, Gandhinagar. The said scheme is only in urban areas where EWS/LIG houses are allotted by Local Self-Government Authority/Urban Development Authority and Gujarat Housing Board under Chief Minister Housing Scheme, the benefit of this Shree Nanaji Deshmukh Awas Yojana scheme is given once per family to the construction worker registered in the board.


Shri Nanaji Deshmukh Awas Yojana After the registration of the construction worker in the said board under the said scheme, if the registered construction worker is allotted a house under the EWS/LIG scheme from any of the organizations mentioned above, assistance of Rs.1,60,000 will be given by the board to that organization on behalf of the beneficiary. is placed in charge.


Regulations of Shree Nanaji Deshmukh Awas Yojana


Gujarat Building and other construction laborers should be registered as construction laborers with the Welfare Board and should have an identity card with full details as a construction laborer issued by the construction board.

The construction worker registered in the board office here should have EWS/LIG building from Gujarat Housing Board/Local Self-Government Organization and Urban Development Authority.

A construction worker registered in the office of the Board should not own a house in the name of himself or any member of his family. The benefit of the said scheme is given only to the registered construction worker and the construction worker who does not own any house or property in the name of his family member.

A construction worker registered with the Construction Board is not eligible for assistance under the scheme if he is allotted a house in any of the said institutions before registering with the said office.

The housing assistance application of the applicant is approved only after obtaining the said evidence and site inspection and ascertaining the financial condition of the construction worker.

AICTE – Saksham Scholarship 2023: Eligibility, Registration & Application form: Saksham is a scholarship scheme by the Ministry of Education, implemented by AICTE, which aims to encourage and support children with special disabilities to pursue technical education. It is an attempt to give every young student, who is otherwise exceptionally able, an opportunity to further study and prepare for a successful future through technical education/knowledge.


₹50,000/- per annum for each year of study i.e. maximum 4 years for students admitted in first year and maximum 3 years for students admitted in second year through lateral entry as lump sum towards payment of college fees, purchase of computers, stationery. Books, tools, software, etc. A candidate should be admitted through lateral entry to any institution approved by AICTE of the respective year in the first year of a degree level course or in the second year of a degree level course. Family income from all sources Rs. should not be more than 8 lakhs annually during the current financial year.


ICTE benefits


₹50,000/- per annum for each year of study i.e. maximum 4 years for students admitted in first year and maximum 3 years for students admitted in second year through lateral entry as lump sum towards payment of college fees, purchase of computers, stationery. Books, tools, software, etc.

After selection, the scholarship will be paid annually through DBT mode to the awardee.

Exclusion from Scholarship Scheme for Specially Handicapped Students (Degree)


    Students who fail to be promoted to the next class/level will forfeit the scholarship.

    The gap between the year of passing the qualifying examination and the semester of admission to the degree course should not exceed two years.

    If the candidate fails/leaves in the subsequent year, he/she will not be eligible for further scholarship.

    The student must not receive any wages, salaries, stipends, or other forms of financial assistance before the scholarship can be awarded. during her time studying at the institution from any other source. The scholarship will be terminated and the entire amount refunded to AICTE in the form of a D/Draft made out to “Member Secretary, AICTE,” payable in New Delhi, in the event that any other financial assistance is received.

The objective of this scholarship is to encourage economically disadvantaged students from rural areas of Gujarat to pursue higher education in science and to provide assistance to the weaker sections. Another name of this scholarship is Vikas Scholarship.


Purpose of the main features of the scholarship


The Vikram Sarabhai Impetus Yojana is just for understudies from low pay families concentrating on in schools in country regions


Each year, ten (10) scholarships will be given out. Girls will benefit from at least 5 scholarships out of 10.

Applicants must be eighth-grade students living in rural Gujarat whose annual family income is less than 1.5 lakhs.

Scholarship available under this scholarship


Different financial assistance is provided under this scholarship. Which are as follows.


Standard Scholarship Details

For students of class 8 1,00,000 (one lakh rupees only) scholarship will be available for a period of four years.

20,000 scholarships will be available in class-9,

20,000 scholarship in class-10, and 30,000/- in class-11 if the student continues his studies in science stream after class-10.

And 30,000 scholarship amount will be available in class 12.

For students of class-10 The scholarship will be awarded for two years, which will be Rs 30,000 during Class 11 and Rs 30,000 during Class 12.


Application Process


    The applicant has to register for the scholarship online by filling the form on the website https://www.prl.res.in/Vikas/index.php?r=tbparticipants/create.

    After coming to the official website, click on “Student Registration”.

    Now you can ask “Is your school in a rural area?” A question will be asked.

    Then you have to fill your personal, school details, complete address etc.

    Finally, the photo of the student has to be uploaded, and the verification code has to be entered and clicked on the “Submit” button.

In this regard, the family members alleged that the girl suffered a heart attack due to cold and the girl died due to lack of immediate treatment. After this incident, today the state government has also come into action and has asked for a report from the school regarding this entire incident. The body of the girl has been taken for PM.

A student named Riya, studying in the eighth standard in Jasani School of Rajkot, came to study at the school. She suddenly fell unconscious inside the school. After formal treatment by the school administration, her parents were contacted and called to the school, after which the student was taken to the hospital. Meanwhile, the girl died.

The post mortem report revealed that the girl died due to chest pain after convulsions.


District Education Officer BS Kaila has said that after the death of the girl, Rajkot schools have been changed immediately. As many as 8 teams have been formed. Which is visiting different schools. Legal action will be taken against any school if the time is not changed. If any school compels school children to wear sweaters compulsorily, then action will be taken against them.


The mother of the deceased girl expressed grief and said that if this decision had been taken by the system earlier, my daughter would have been alive today. The school used to force us to reach school by 7:30. If you arrive late to school, you are fined or not allowed to sit in school. Due to which, it is compulsory to go to school at half past seven. My daughter did not have any disease or illness. When she went to school from home, she played and went to school happily. He died due to exposure to cold.

ujarat Government Public Holiday and Preferred Holiday List 2023: The state government has announced a total of 26 public holidays for government offices for the year 2023 from January to December for various festivals, national holidays etc. Out of which 3 public holidays fall on Saturday – Sunday. Government offices, board-corporations and panchayat offices will also be closed on these public holidays. Apart from that, the government has also announced a total of 48 discretionary holidays. In which 10 public holidays fall on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition to five Sunday-Saturday holidays, 16 holidays have been declared as bank holidays for banks in the state.


The general administration department of the state government has announced the holidays for the next year. As per the declared holiday for the employees, the Uttarayan holiday on January 14 falls on the second Saturday. April 22nd is the fourth Saturday holiday but since Parashuram Jayanti and Eid coincide on the same day, the employees will not get the benefit of more holidays.


While Diwali on 12th November also falls on a Sunday, he will not get extra leave. Among the holidays which have been declared preferential, the employee can enjoy a maximum of two preferential holidays on festive occasions as per his choice without religious restrictions. For that permission has to be taken in advance by applying in writing. These holidays will not be credited towards the share of miscellaneous leave. Among the declared holidays, if any holiday of the Muslim employee does not fall on the declared day, the Muslim employee of the Government may be given leave on the day on which the festival is actually celebrated.
