The written competitive test was conducted on 24/4/2022 for direct recruitment of a total of 3901 posts of Office Assistant Class-III cadre for various departments of Clerk and Secretariat for the offices of the Head of various Departments of the Government of Gujarat as well as the Collector offices under the control of the Revenue Department. While the second phase computer proficiency test was conducted from 19/07/2022 to 23/07/2022 and from 25/07/2022 to 30/07/2022.

Advertisement No: 150/2018-19 taken by Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board for a total of 3901 posts of Clerk and Office Assistant Class-III cadre for various departments of the Collector Offices under the control of Revenue Department and Collector Offices under the control of Revenue Department by Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board No.:150/2018-19. The Board’s website now contains the certificate verification list for the 5855 candidates who passed the computer proficiency test in the second phase and the written competitive exam in the first phase. After completion of the process of verification of certificates, 5620 candidates are found to be Eligible and 235 candidates are found to be Ineligible as shown in the attached list. The concerned candidates should take note of this.
