CM Rupani made a big announcement today for new traffic rules.  The state's 16 checkposts will be abolished on November 25.  The checkpost has a revenue of Rs 332 crore which will now be accepted online.  Vehicle owners and transporters will be able to pay taxes and fees online at parivahan.gov.in

 20. All 16 checkposts in the state will be abolished from November,

 Vehicle transfer amount and large vehicle tax will have to be paid online

 Taxes collected at the checkpost will also be made online

 Overload vehicles will be banned in the state

The working of the Learning License will be started from November 15, 2019 at ITI.  The work that was done in 36 RTO offices till now will be from 221 ITIs.  8 lakh people were required to get licenses at mandatory district headquarters, and they will run at the taluka.

 Fees can be paid online at parivahan.org.in

 Flying Vehicle owners and transporters will be able to pay double the penalty if the vehicle owners and other vehicle owners give false information about the vehicle and the freight.

 Examination can be obtained online

 Examination of vehicle and goods is provided for overdimension cargo.  According to which online exams can be obtained.  The income of the check post is Rs.  332 crore which will be accepted online.  On the Odyssey Module, any vehicle owner is not exempt from paying vehicle and goods related fees and taxes and will be charged double penalty if he gives wrong information regarding the goods and the vehicle.

This decision will reduce traffic pollution

 Transport of overloaded goods is restricted.  Overload goods will not be allowed on the Odyssey module.  The decision will reduce traffic pollution, increase business and employment.  Taxes and fees charged at the check post will stop with this

 Eclipse will get priority

 Currency will be charged from the handle device.  359 devices have been purchased by RTO.  Every year 1.5 crore vehicles are registered in Gujarat.  A decision has been made for the ease of the people.
