For the purpose of controlling the effects of coVID-19 across the country, under the powers vested in The Disaster Management Act, 2005.


 the Union Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Order No: 40-3 / 2020 - DM - I (A) as well as the Government of Gujarat  Notification No. of the Department, Secretariat, Gandhinagar: -


 Considering the guidelines of GG / 4/50 / V-1 / KAV / 102020/482 and the accompanying guidelines from the persons who are known without wearing MASK on their face (NOT WEARING A FACE COVER)  Currently Rs.  200 / - (Rupees are enough for the number) is collected as a penalty. 


 But in order to prevent the spread of Corona, the overall situation and the prevalence of Corona cases prevailing in the city area from now on, anyone who is found without wearing a MASK (NOT WEARING A FACE cover) will be fined Rs.500 / -  Will be charged which every citizen should take note of.
