What is a charter and what are the things noted in it?

How the title deed is kept.

From now on e-village, village sample no. 2 of any taluka of any district can come out. Then the software of village samples given from Mamlatdar office was changed. And finally yesterday RoR @ Village was ranked as a public website. RoR @ Village is now RoR @ Internet.
