Emphasis on minimizing accidental deaths

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India is issuing a statement saying that this is an attempt to prevent accidental deaths. The government's decision is to ban low-quality products and completely. It has passed the 'Helmet for riders of two wheelers Motor Vehicles (Quality Control) Order, 2020'. Only BIS Standard Certified Helmets will be made and sold after this order.

BISA also changed the rule
