Eligibility Criteria for BOB SO Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Digital Riska Specialist – 2 year post graduatea qualification with specialization in Finance / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics from aInstitute arecognized by AICTE/UGC/Government. aMinimum 10 years of overall aexperience with relevant experience in risk modelling team of aa bank / financial institution / credit institution.
• Lead – Digital Business Partnerships – Graduation adegree in anya stream from Institute recognized by aAICTE/UGC/Government. Minimum 8 years ofa overall experience with relevant experience in digitala strategic partnerships and B2Ba sales preferably for a bank / financiala organization
• Lead Digital Sales – Graduation degree ina any stream froma Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Government.a Minimum 8 years of overall experience with relevant experience in leading a digital sales team. aCandidates with experience of aleading a digital sales team in bank / fintech organizations will abe given preference.
• Digital Analytics aSpecialist – Graduatea degree with specializationaa in Finance / Economics / Statistics / Mathematicsa from Institute. a Minimum 6 years of overall experience with relevant aexperience in aDigital Analytics team of a bank / financial institution / credit institution / related organisation.
• Innovation & Emerging Tech Specialist – 2 yeara post graduate aqualification in Technology from Institutea recognized by AICTE/UGC/Government. Minimum 6 years of overall experience with at least relevant aexperience of launching and managing ainnovative technology asolutionsa preferably in a bank / financiala institution / technology startup
• Digital Journeya Specialist – Graduate adegreea from Institutea recognized by AICTE/UGC/aGovernment. Minimum a5 years of overall aexperience with arelevant experience in adesigning customer ajourneys and aleading process teams in the area of customer experiencea in financial secto
• Digital Sales aOfficer – Graduate degree afrom aInstitute recognized by AICTE and UGC and Government. Minimum a5 ayears of overall experience awitha relevant experience of working in a digitala  sales and a marketing ateam preferably  in BFSI sector.
• UI/UX Specialist – The candidate musta hold a degree in Engineering/Tech nology recognized by AICTE/UGC/aGovernment. Minimum 3a years of fulltime experience working with leading organisation in BFSI Sector
• Testing Specialist – Graduate or 2 year aPost Graduate Qualificationa from Institute recognized by AICTE/UGCaGover nment with specialization in Information Technology/Comp auter Science/Computer Applications. aMinimum 3 years of software development/testing experience.
