Due to which the urine produced in the kidneys cannot easily go to the bladder and the kidneys become swollen. If these stones are not treated properly in time, the long-swollen kidneys gradually weaken and eventually stop working completely.

What to eat and what to avoid to prevent stones


1) The simple cure for stones is that you drink plenty of water. People who have stones should not be slow to drink special water. The benefit of this is that stones can often pass through the urinary tract. Drinking less water increases the risk of gallstones.


2) Protein found in animals increases the risk of gallstones from calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate and uric acid in the body. Instead of meat, eggs, fish, milk and cheese, protein, vegetables, lentils, peanuts or soy foods are more suitable.


3) If your diet is high in sodium, it can be dangerous for you. Junk foods such as wafers, fries, packaged foods and excessive salt intake should be avoided.


4) In stone pain most doctors advise not to eat things with oxalade. Spinach, whole grains, cranberries, sweet potatoes and chocolate contain ample amounts of oxalate.


5) People prefer vitamin-C i.e. citric fruit to boost immunity. But too much vitamin C can lead to gallstones. For this, people should reduce the amount of citrus or any product made from it. Especially packaged orange juice available in the market should not be consumed at all.


6) It is also advisable not to eat some vegetables to avoid the risk of stones. Some vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplant seeds can cause stones. As well as raw net, urad and chickpeas should not be consumed too much.


7) It is advisable to drink more and more water on one side. On the other hand, in such a situation, it is advisable to keep some distance from cold drinks. Phosphoric acid in cold drinks increases the risk of stones.


8) A person with gallstones should not consume grape juice, strong tea, coffee, chocolate or cold drinks with more sugar like Coca Cola, all kinds of alcohol, beer etc. at all.
