At least two years post-advanced education or Masters Degree in Journalism and mass Communication/Mass Communication and reporting/Development Communication/Communication considers/Journalism/Mass Communication got from any of the Universities set up or fused by or under the Central or State Act in India; or some other instructive Institution perceived in that capacity or pronounced to be considered as a University under area 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or have an identical capability perceived as such by the Government; OR
A bachelor's degree in reporting and Mass Communication/Communication and news-casting and public connection/news-casting as a chief subject got from any of the Universities set up or joined by or under the Central or State Act in India; or some other instructive Institution perceived accordingly or announced to be considered as a University under area 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or have a comparable capability perceived as such by the Government; OR
A post graduate recognition in reporting and Mass Communication/news-casting/Mass correspondence acquired from any of the Universities set up or fused by or under the Central or State Act in India; or some other instructive Institution perceived as such by the Government or pronounced to be considered as a University under area 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or have an identical capability perceived as such by the Government;
