India's largest private sector bank i.e. ICICI Bank (ICICI Bank FD Rates Hike) has decided to increase its fixed deposit rates. Bank Rs. Allowed this hike on deposits below Rs 2 crore (increase in FD rate). The new rates increased by the bank have been implemented from 19 August 2022. According to the information provided on the official website of the bank, the bank is offering interest rates ranging from 2.75% to 5.90% for tenures ranging from 7 days to 10 years. At the same time, the bank is offering 0.50% higher interest rate to senior citizens. This interest rate ranges from 3.25% to 6.60%.

Also, let us inform you that under special bank FD, ICICI Bank is offering interest rate up to 6.10% for general citizens and 6.60% for senior citizens on FDs from 1 year 1 day to 5 years. If you are going to do FD in ICICI Bank, know about the latest interest rates (ICICI Bank Latest FD Rate)-

It may be mentioned that all the banks are increasing their FD rates due to the continuous increase in the repo rate of the Reserve Bank. Currently the repo rate is 5.40% (RBI repo rate). Since then many banks like State Bank of India (SBI FD Rates), PNB (PNB FD Rates), Kotak Mahindra Bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank), Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, Indian Overseas Banks (Indian Overseas Bank) etc. Increased their FD interest rates.

For ATMs located in 6 metro cities – Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, the maximum limit of free transactions is 3 for other bank ATMs. Earlier, unlimited transactions at SBI ATMs were Rs. 25,000 in accounts with a monthly minimum balance (ABM), this facility will now be available only to customers who have Rs. Maintains an ABM of 50,000. The number of free transactions is limited to 3 in metro cities.

This has changed

SBI charges Rs 5 to Rs 20 depending on the ATM for transactions beyond the free limit in a transaction. For non-monetary transactions above the free limit, customers are charged Rs 5 at SBI ATMs and Rs 8 at other bank ATMs in addition to applicable GST rates. A charge of Rs 10 is levied on cash withdrawal transactions beyond the free limit at SBI ATMs. For additional financial transactions at SBI other bank ATMs per transaction Rs. 20 charges. In addition to the charges, the applicable GST is also charged to the customer's account.

PNB offers 5 free ATM transactions per month. Also a charge of Rs 10 has to be paid for any financial transaction. Other than PNB, the transaction rules are different from ATMs of banks other than PNB. The rule is 3 free transactions in a month in metro cities and 5 free transactions in non-metro cities. There is a charge of Rs 20 for making monetary or non-monetary transactions after the free limit from ATMs of other banks. The rule of international practice is different from this. International cash withdrawals are charged at Rs 150 plus applicable taxes. For International Balance Inquiry Rs. 15 plus applicable taxes are charged.

HDFC Bank

Only the first 5 withdrawals from HDFC Bank ATMs in a month are free. For cash withdrawal Rs. 20 plus tax per transaction, Rs. 8.5 plus tax for non-monetary transactions. 3 free transactions allowed at ATMs of any other bank in 6 metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bengaluru) and 5 free transactions (financial and non-financial) in a month at other locations. The fee for Debit Card PIN Re-generation is Rs. 50 (with applicable taxes) is. If you don't have money in the Deck account and the transaction is disclosed, it is also charged. If there is insufficient balance at another bank's ATM or merchant outlet, a charge of Rs 25 is payable if the transaction is declined.
