Fraud will be controlled

After verifying the Aadhaar card, no other documents will be required for the driving license and vehicle registration. Government approval has also been obtained for the implementation of this online facility. This will bring transparency to the work of the states and prevent fraud.

These 16 features will be online

According to the information released by the Ministry of Road Transport, the 16 facilities that will be made available online include new learning driving license, renewal of the driving license, duplicate DL, change of address in driving license and certificate of vehicle registration, vehicle service, international driving license. Includes No Objection Certificate (NOC) for registration, Duplicate Registration Certificate, Vehicle Transfer, etc.
