Educational Qualification

Candidates of General and OBC in the Accounts Department in General Insurance Corporation of India should have more than 60% in graduation. And SC / ST candidates should have obtained more than 55% marks. Graduate candidates will also be able to apply for the other 3 sections. The candidate has to apply for 2 out of 4 posts.

Salary scale

 The candidate will be paid according to the post in all the four posts. The candidate will be paid a salary ranging from Rs 32,000 to Rs 65,000. It will also include allowances according to rank.

Candidate Selection Process

The candidate will be selected on the basis of competitive examination. Candidates can apply from 8 other states of India including Gujarat.

Age limit

The age limit of OBC and General candidates up to 30 years will be considered for joining the General Insurance Corporation of India. While ST and SC candidates up to 30 years of age will be considered valid.

The candidate has to apply from the site https://gicofindia.in/. The candidate has to apply from March 11 to 30. The candidate will have to appear for the exam on May 9.
