 ઉકાળો એજ ઉપાય

🍀 આયુર્વેદ અપનાવો દેશ બચાવો🍀 

(1) આયુર્વેદીક ઉકાળો 

1-વ્યક્તિ માટે ઉકાળાનું માપ 

1 - કપ પાણી 

4 - ચપટી હળદર 

1 - 2-ચપટી સૂંઠ 

4-તુલસીના પાન 

1 - ઈચ જેટલો ગળો ( છૂંદીને ) 

આ બધી વસ્તુ મિક્સ કરીને 

1 ગ્લાસ જેટલું પાણી લઈને 25 % જેટલું બાળી નાખીને 75% વધે એટલું 

પછી ગાળી 

સવાર-સાંજ ખાલી પેટે લેવું. 

ઘરે બેઠા ઑક્સીજન લેવલ વધારી કેફસાની સફાઇ કરવાનો 100 % અસરકારક ઘરેલુ ઉપચાર છે. 

(2) દિવસ માં 3 - 4 ( સવારે - સાંજે ) વાર નાસ લેવાનો . 

નાસ માટે 10 પાન તુલસી , 1 ચમચી અજમો , 1/2 ચમચી સુંઠ , નાખી ઉકાળી લેવું. ( દિવસ માં 3 - 4 વાર નાસ લેવો )

(3) પીવા નું પાણી :- 1 લિટર પાણી માં સૂંઠ નાખીને પછી બે ઉફાળા આવે ત્યાં સુધી ઉકાળવું પછી તેને થર્મોસ માં ભરી લેવું પછી દર 10 - 10 મિનિટે થોડું પાણી પીતું જ રહેવું... એ પાણી આખો દિવસ લેવું . ( તાવ હોય તો ગળો વાળું પાણી લેવું ) 

4) ભોજન 

ફક્ત ભૂખ લાગે ત્યારે જ જમવું , ભૂખ ન હોય તો નથી જ જમવાનું .. જમવા માટે. 

◆ મગ બાફી ને એમાં આદુ , હળદર , કોથમરી ,ધાણા , જીરું નાખીને તે જ ખાવાનું { 72 કલાક માટે } 

બીજું કંઈ જ ના લેવું... 

ચા ,દૂધ , દહીં , રોટલો ,રોટલી , ભાખરી ,...તો બિલકુલ ન લેવું ..

5) ધૂપન માટે 

સાંજે 

લીંબડાના પાન ( સૂકા ) 

ગૂગળનો
