The Chief Minister has given a big relief to the middle-class families in the cost of Corona treatment by deciding to give this benefit to the families holding such cards till July 10, 2021, in the current situation of Coronavirus.
An important decision has been taken in the core committee chaired by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani that Maa card and Vatsalya card belong to the poor and middle-class families of the state. In such families, if a person becomes infected with coronavirus, they have to pay Rs. Within the limit of Rs. 5000, the treatment cost up to Rs. 50,000 for 10 days will be eligible from this card.

The Chief Minister (CM) has decided to consider such employees of the crematorium as Corona Warriors and give them all the benefits due to the Corona Warriors by the State Government with effect from 1st April 2020.
Vijay Rupani, while showing sensitivity towards these employees, has also decided that the state government will also provide assistance of Rs 25 lakh to their families and heirs in case of death of any such employee on duty in the crematorium due to corona.
