વિષય : ધોરણ ૧ થી ૧૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે Aadhar Enabled DISE- Child Tracking System અંતર્ગત ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ માટેની કામગીરી કરવા બાબત MoE ( શિક્ષા મંત્રાલય ) , પૂર્વે ( MHRD , ( માનવ સંશાધન વિકાસ મંત્રાલય , ન્યુ દિલ્હી ) ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા મળેલ સૂચના મુજબ ધોરણ ૧ થી ૧૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા તમામ બાળકોનો યુનિક આઇ . ડી અને નામ સહિતની માહિતીનો ડેટાબેઝ બનાવવાનો થાય છે . 

જે અંતર્ગત આધાર અનેબલ ડાયસ પોર્ટલ દ્વારા વર્ષ ૨૦૧૨-૧૩ થી ધોરણ ૧ થી ૮ માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીના તથા વર્ષ ૨૦૧૭-૧૮ થી ધોરણ ૯ થી ૧૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની માહિતી સાચી , સચોટ , ભૂલરહિત , રીયલ ટાઇમ અને અધ્યતન માહિતી શાળા કક્ષાએથી મળી રહે તે હેતુથી શાળા કક્ષાએથી જ ઓનલાઇન એન્ટ્રી અપડેશન ટ્રેકીંગની કામગીરી સફળતા પૂર્વક દર વર્ષે કરવામાં આવે છે . 

આ વર્ષે ૨૦૨૧ ૨૨ અંતર્ગત માટે ધોરણ -૧ થી ૧૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નામ સહિતની અધ્યતન માહિતી તૈયાર કરવાની થાય છે . સમગ્ર શિક્ષા અંતર્ગત કાર્યરત વેબ / મોબાઈલ એપ્લીકેશન જેવી કે . Online Attendance System , School Monitoring App ( CRC - BRC ) , wSDP , Divyaan - App , G - shala App , Mindsparks , ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટેશન સિસ્ટમ , ગુણોત્સવ , મિશન વિદ્યા , CQube એપ્લીકેશન , શાળા છોડી જતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ફરી શાળામાં દાખલ કરવા , દિવ્યાંગ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સહાય આપવા , સ્કોલરશિપ આપવા , SARAL App , ધોરણ -૨ નિદાન કસોટી , પીરીયોડીકલ એસએસમેન્ટ ટેસ્ટ ( PAT ) , સેમિસ્ટર મુજબ વિષયવાર મેળવેલ ગુણની ઓનલાઇન એન્ટ્રી કરવા માટે Adhaar Enabled DISE - Child Tracking System ( CTS ) એપ્લીકેશન માંથી લેવામાં આવે છે .

Instruction received from MoE (Ministry of Education), East (MHRD, (Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi) Government of India regarding the work to be done for 2031-6 under Aadhar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System for students studying in Std. 1 to 12.  According to this, a database of information including unique IDs and names of all the children studying in Std. 1 to 12 has to be created.

  Online entry update tracking is successfully carried out every year from the school level itself so that the information of all the students studying in 8th to 12th grade is available from the school level with correct, accurate, error-free, real-time, and up-to-date information.  The latest information including the names of the students studying from 1st to 12th has to be prepared.  App,

 Mindspark, Transportation System, Gunotsav, Mission Vidya, CQube Application, Re-enrollment of school dropouts, Assistance to students with disabilities, Scholarships, SARAL App, Std-5 Diagnostic Test, Periodical Assessment Test (PAT), as per semester  The subject wise marks are taken from the Adhaar Enabled DISE - Child Tracking System (CTS) application for online entry.
