He further said that the state government had earlier in the day. On January 7, it was decided that offline education in classes 1 to 9 would be closed till January 31. The decision was taken after a comprehensive review of the Corona transition period, which ends today.
He said that the state government would now review the situation on February 5 and take appropriate decisions regarding classroom teaching in schools.
Health Minister Hrishikesh Patel, Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi, Chief Secretary Pankaj Kumar and Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Rajkumar, and senior secretaries were also present at the meeting of the core committee.

Student attendance at school is not mandatory.
Institutions must also obtain the written consent of the student's parents to come to school.
