    All you have to do is turn on the internet in your phone. Later go to the phone's browser. Here you have to open it by typing www.mylpg.in.

    You will then see a photo of the gas cylinders of the gas companies in the right site. Tap on the photo of the gas cylinder of whoever is your service provider.

    Now in the window that opens click on 'Give your feedback online'.

    Then another page will open where you have to click on the cylinder icon.

    Then click on 'Subsidy Related (PAHAL)' on the second page and you will get 3 options in the right side.

    Clicking on 'Subsidy not received' will open another page where you have to fill in your registered mobile number or LPG ID and submit.

    It will then come up against how much you have paid for the last 5 cylinders and how much you have received.

    If you do not get the subsidy, you can file your complaint below by clicking on the 'select' option.

This is how HP and Bharat Gas customers check

    First you have to go to www.mylpg.in.

    You will then see a photo of the gas cylinders of the gas companies in the right site. Tap on the photo of the gas cylinder of whoever is your service provider.

    Then another page will open where you have to register. If you are using the site for the first time, you must click on 'new user'.

    Here you have to enter the consumer number and registered mobile number and click on 'continue'.

    Then you have to generate the user ID and password.

    After generating the user ID and password, you have to click on 'Sign in'.

    Then enter the captcha code along with the user ID and password and click on 'Login'.

    In the left side you have to click on 'view cylinder booking history'.

    It will then come up against how much you have paid for the cylinder and how much you have received.

    If you have not received the subsidy, you can file your complaint by clicking on complaint / feedback.
