 It is worth mentioning that productivity linked bonus and non productivity linked bonus have been announced.

Indian Railways has 11.56 lakh employees who are the first to receive this gift from the government.  The government has announced a 78-day bonus.  He will get a bonus of around Rs 17,950.  Non-gazetted employees do not include RPF / RPSF personnel.

 

 Central employees will get bonus

 It has also announced to give bonuses to central employees for the year 2020-21.  Armed forces personnel will also be involved, according to the finance ministry.  They will also be given a bonus.

 Who will benefit?

 The Central Government has sanctioned a grant of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-Hawk Bonus) which is equivalent to 30 days emulation of Central Government employees for 2020-21.  This benefit will be given to every non-gazetted employee of Group 'C' and Group 'B' who does not come under any productivity linked bonus scheme.  According to the Ministry of Finance, the limit for payment of ad hoc bonus will be Rs. 7000 per month as revised on 01-04-2014.
